I’m a user researcher, designer, writer, and community builder based in Boston, MA.

At heart, I’m a creative problem solver intent on centering the user.

I’m pursuing user research following a career in customer service (both within hospitality and sales), where I honed my ability to communicate and deeply empathize with users. My years spent behind a marble counter in a bakery and as the voice coaching thousands of families on how to find the perfect au pair to care for their children have taught me how to communicate with people from all walks of life. My problem solving was shaped by these experiences, where I draw from my education in Communication Studies and intercultural communication to bridge the gap between what my client wants versus what the user needs.

Outside of work you can find traveling (36 countries and counting!), taking photos on film, visiting family in Armenia, and exploring the cold beaches of MA.

Talk to me about a project you want to bring to life, or drop me a line to chat about brutalist architecture, where to get the best pizza in Cambodia, or recommendations for Arabic language podcasts.
